Is it possible to also do the subaccounts with the pairing in separate tabs of bybit?

Is it possible to also do the subaccounts with the pairing in separate tabs of bybit? I have several APIs, but now when I choose BTC/USDT for the sub-accounts, it goes to the 1st tab where the main account is opened for that pairing.
