Fix the risk percentage part. It doesn't work properly.

I set the risk percentage first and saved it in a preset. It was set at 2% first.
After i decided to move it up, to 3 and 4%, it didnt work with the preset, and started moving it to 2.5 randomly or even lower than 2.0 sometimes, even though it was supposed to be 3 or 4.
After i started moving the leverage higher than 20x, which is the default, it started acting even weirder, on some strange values. It normally and logically shouldn't be affected at all. If the devs need help i can provide the correct formula on calculating it.
