Paper Trading Dynamic Fees

Would be very helpful to dynamically infer current fees for live trading while placing paper trades. Or at least to allow manually setting a fee %. Makes PnL much more accurate. Especially if scalping with high volume. As altrady currently uses the highest exchange fee for every paper trade, the fees eat up the gains, potentially resulting in a negative PnL even if the trade should be in profit.
