Suggestion for order book tuning

Good day

Will be very usefull to have configurable order book.
- Allow to switch green and red bars to show volume individual to highlight volume concentration on each price (look at image side)
- Allow to change the height of the row to fit more positions on one page
- Allow change level of price precision (look at image top)
