Support for moving SL to BE starting with TPx+y

I think it would be a great addition to support freely choosing the TP starting with which to move the SL to break-even. Currently, the only available option is to move it to SL on TP1 and then optionally again on every subsequent TP but always starting with TP1 which results in such SLs being triggered rather frequently.

Ideally, you could provide an option to maintain more than one level of distance, i.e. move SL to BE on TP2 and again on TP4 and TP6. Given how the price generally moves in waves, skipping one level would result in many fewer trades getting stopped out. Please pass this suggestion on to the team as well.
