Synchronous trading on multiple accounts (exchanges)

I manage trading on multiple accounts across different exchanges. It would be much more convenient if this could be done synchronously.

What I mean:
— I want to enter and exit trades simultaneously on all three accounts, without the need to manually input data on each exchange separately.

— For example, I set the entry point, Take Profit, Stop Loss, and other parameters on one account, and these settings are automatically applied to the others.

This can be implemented similarly to copy trading but with extended settings. It is especially important to be able to set the percentage of the deposit amount on each account since the balances are different.
