Hotkey Presets to Scale Out by % of Open Position

Please add preset/hotkey support for scaling out of an open position by percentage of the current position size.

For active manual trading, especially scalping, it is important to be able to reduce or close a position quickly without manually calculating coin quantity.

Example presets:

- Close 25% of current open position using a market order or a limit order with offset from bid/ask

- Close 50% of current open position using a market order or a limit order with offset from bid/ask

- Close 75% of current open position using a market order or a limit order with offset from bid/ask

- Close 100% / flatten position using a market order or a limit order with offset from bid/ask

The key requirement is that the order size should be based on percentage of the current open position, not percentage of account balance and not fixed coin quantity.

Example workflow:

1. Enter a position using a preset order, such as 1,000 USDT with a limit order offset from bid/ask.

2. Use separate hotkeys to scale out of the open position:

- 25% at limit offset

- 50% at market

- 100% flatten

This is standard functionality in many equities trading platforms such as DAS Trader, and would make Altrady much more useful for active discretionary traders.

The most important part is percentage-based position closing via hotkeys, for both market orders and limit orders with offset.
