Import Portfolio From unsupported (trading) Exchanges

Import the balance from exchanges that are not (yet) supported for trading.

We are working on manually adding wallet balances.
Automatically importing balance from other exchanges can only be done by actually supporting the exchange.

Missing this, Import coin manually from exchange (no API available) or wallet.
