KuCoin Margin Trading

Allow access to margin account. It doesn't need to auto borrow or anything, I just need to be able to trade with the balances in the margin account. Per their docs, it's just a setting the `tradeType ` field on the order data from `TRADE` to `MARGIN_TRADE`
