Add bitrue.com support

This exchange is using the whitelabel platform used by Binance in the early days. Here's why it should be added:
- Terrible UI
- Awful in-house desk, if any
- There aren't any good MM
- Awful spreads
- Filled with low vol shitcoins
- Filled with uneducated customers
- GREAT DISCOUNTS USING EXCHANGE COIN (BTR)

Perfect for small accounts with good execution, imo.

one problem with a few of your points here. they state quite plainly in their terms that they dont like our kind there. i went back and checked their terms of use again and they even went as far to change the color of the font of the line of text that i originally highlighted in another image i sent to some friends some time ago.

based on this information, i would stay far far away from this exchange. a lot of the text they highlighted in there is a part of the playbook when it comes to low vol.
