Keep TP Position % unchanged when editing targets

When manually editing TP Position %, Altrady automatically redistributes the percentages of other TP targets to keep the total at 100%.
It would be more convenient if each TP Position % remained unchanged when another target is edited.
If the total allocation exceeds 100%, Altrady should simply display a warning, for example:
“Total TP allocation exceeds 100%”
and prevent saving until the user manually adjusts the total back to 100%.
This would make it much easier and more predictable to configure custom TP distributions, especially when using multiple TP targets.
