Hyperliquid - TradFi/HIP-3 contracts enablement

Enable TradFi/HIP-3 contracts for Trading in Altrady for Hyperliquid so that we can do Nasdaq Futures (XYZ100) and others (SP500, OIL, SILVER, etc.) directly via Altrady
